Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

The PET evaluates candidates' physical endurance through a running test. The expected criteria are:​

  • Male Candidates: Run 4.8 kilometers within 25 minutes.​

  • Female Candidates: Run 2.4 kilometers within 14 minutes.​

Physical Standard Test (PST):

The PST assesses candidates' physical measurements, including height and chest circumference (for males). The anticipated requirements are:​

  • Height:

    • Male Candidates:

      • General/OBC/SC: Minimum 168 cm.

      • ST: Minimum 160 cm.

    • Female Candidates:

      • General/OBC/SC: Minimum 152 cm.

      • ST: Minimum 147 cm.

  • Chest (for Male Candidates):

    • General/OBC/SC: 79 cm (unexpanded) and 84 cm (expanded).​

    • ST: 77 cm (unexpanded) and 82 cm (expanded).​

    • Female candidates are typically required to have a minimum weight of 40 kg.
